A Android Phone is the same as any other phone that you may use the only difference is that operating system off the phone is different to other mobile phones, Nokia generally use a program called Symbian, it is stable and does the job but only Nokia can use it, Apple have there own OS on the I-Phone that is a fancy version of Unix, Personally i would never buy an I-phone, Android is Linux Based, Linux is open source, most Apps are free, you can make your own, share them or even change the OS, Linux OS perfect for Programmers like myself as we are free so do what we want with our Android Phones.
